Incident : Banned for no apparent reason?
Reason of complaint : Hi guys, I'm kinda new here. Anyway, been playing for a while on TWC's NoDownload and today, all of a sudden, i got disconnected with the message of "being banned permanently" with the reason "none". I'm not sure what i have done wrong. I haven't disobeyed the rules, nor spamming or spawnkilling. Still, if this is a mistake, please get it fixed soon :3

Well I have to say I don't use either of them, I'm as fair as you can imagine. I just bought a gaming mouse recently and my aim is very steady (you can ask Chuck (if i got the name right) and some other guy these days said I am hacking because "i have a damn steady hand"). As for wall, I don't know how you came to this conclusion, but I insist this is a mistake. All I have is 5.1 sound speakers, nothing else. Is there a way I can get unbanned though?

I told it too about our chat we had, i didn't checked the demo but so far as i specced you i didn't thought there was an wallhack or aimbot installed on your PC, and if it was it is one the worst hacks ever made

Also my losing sprees (lol) and the guy who said i "had a damn steady hand" (you can check the chatlog, i forgot his name) can confirm i wasnt using anything, and i've been playing on this server for so long i can't remember. If i was hacking, why hasn't anyone caught me before? Believe me or not but i have no intention of hacking nor will i ever have

e: also, if someone complains about a ban, isn't it more likely they're clean than a cheater? More times than not, when someone complains about being banned for hacking, they're clean. (keyword: more, not all)

I believe Chuck in this case, this player didn't cheat.
