I wonder why almost all of you don't doing their duties?? Just Bella complies with the obligations.

I don't know about the others, but I can't be active on forums right now, I only have 15 min internet per day :/
But I'm going back home tomorrow, then I can work as a recruiter again

Silencer of course you can help recruiters but it's not your job. Having 5 recruiters I think they will manage to do their job. Antho and I will have to think if we need so many. As I said only Bella gives her opinions and Led sometimes. Dr C gives opinions but too late or not at the time they should be given. I'm particularly dissapointed with Ciepły. If he's not active on forum I think he will be demoted.

You are all active in game. Is 15 minutes really so much to give your opinions on forum?! Especially in application section.

To sum up:
Recruiters, do your job! This month I will evaluate your work. If the situations remains the way it is I'm afraid recruiters' squad will be changed.

Please don't think this post is some kind of threat. Just see it as a wake-up call. The current recruit system heavily relies on the recruiters' forum activity, rather than just ingame activity. So in order to make the system function properly, we kinda need to be strict.

still think we should have a active recruiter (who aswell have the function of a recruiter) instead of lerre
But aswell even 5 recruiters cannot do the job or are not taking it serious. Who else is left...

then you prob need to take the coleaders or leaders?
