Observe him even before his trial period? I thought the trial period is there to observe people and the [R] in the name to signify to all the members to keep an eye on that person. I mean what kind of damage or harm could be done by someone in a trial period? There is no extra level with extra commands or other advantages.

He seems like a stalker and people were saying that his application was weird before he edited it as well.
What you are saying is indeed true, but if his application turns out to be not serious, which we could assume knowing he didn't make a serious application at first, why even bother letting him enter the trial period before he has even shown he's serious about joining?

In my eyes, this person cannot be taken serious seen the current state of his application and based on my first sight (his avatar).

I'm not a member though, and I don't know this person well enough to judge about that, but at first sight (without knowing any background information) I cannot take this person very serious.
