Weapon choice is free so you can play with whatever weapon you want.

Yesterday one member called even a vote which sounded like 'fk panzer'. He wasn't muted. But I got muted for a map vote.
Well, having awesome 10 medcamping killing sprees on gaymod is a very serious business. You will have to deal with the TWC ND ET superstars, who are killing Blau and other beasts with their fancy SMG weapons. Panzer players should bow before them and polish their full-of-skill-double-jump shoes.

Things like style of gaming and weapon choice is indeed something everyone can choose the way he likes it.
Its not in the rules on ND since those are already a lot and we did not want to make a book with 200 pages out of it. However, those rules you have mentioned are subs of "Respect everyone", since at least for me respecting a person also includes his way if playing etc., ofc only as long as that person does not break any rules by his behaviour.
But I have to admit its quite hard to follow these rules. Who did not at least once say: Omg, that panzer choice/Always engineer, with your darn mines/Uhh, you play so sneaky, come at me bro/ blablabla.
I would say ofc whining isnt appreciated, but its not a big deal unless that complaining goes beyond a "slightly funny" attention whine.

These rules actually are in the comprehensive thread, but to put everything on the server !rules would be a bit overkill. (Point 5. of the ingame rules kinda covers it..)
About members knowing rules by heart; I don't expect them to do so. That's why the comprehensive thread exists, to look up rules
I don't think you can really complain about a player getting upset because he's consequently getting killed by one person/weapon, not that it is the right thing to rage in chat, it just happens. I can imagine that panzer players get hella annoyed by SMG users as well when they don't get panzer.

Blood made a mistake, yes, but but let's not forget that members are players too, sometimes it happens that somebody say something inappropriate, it's a fps after all, you have to kill your enemy so let's not take that phrase out of the context in which it was made...
Have you talked with BloodBerserker personally?

It's nice to see that a recruiter knows all the rules
