I can't prove you insulted Polish people (ND players called that guy Chuck, which he didn't neglect, and he had a Dutch flag, hmmm + he spammed !about commands like you) while we played from time to time under many different nicks and I don't have access to additional user details such as IP, but here a similar case from around 5 months ago before you left:

I voted yes. Why? Because I think that everybody deserves a chance. I trust him. Yes he have done bad things but in my opinion everybody has bad period sometimes. He did helped ND a lot not only as Supreme. If you can remember he was AAT (lvl which was given to nice, mature and fair people) and I think it tells something about him. He was also nice and active guest who wanted to help (I remember when he was recruited like 4 years ago). He was in TWC for loooooong time (not lots of people were in TWC for that long time). It means that he was there when (correct me if I'm mistaken) ND had the quite big problem (it was inactive server, it was changed to Now Download, etc.) and I think Chuck was one of them who helped to revive the server again.

I'm not trying to persuade you to vote 'Yes'. I just want to tell you how I know Chuck. In my opinion we mustn't forget those things.
