In your (awesome) server , i've got an problem .
The problem is : Nurv !!
He hate the french language , he said me "French suxx" because i'm french , and when i say "French is good" He do : !mute Golden . -_-
When i talk about that , he mute me .
He insult me by different manners .
I do a private message to DR_C for that , and he said " You should go to the forum , and take a plaint" .

It would be great if you have made a screenshot. We have a "prove policy" on TWC. That means that when ever you spot something that is out of the ordinary and you want to report it, you need to take a screenshot as prove.

I think now admins need to dig into the servers log files and that a pain in the "youknowwhat"

Btw I love France. On the other hand. We also have an "English only" policy. That means that you can only use English in chat.

After a talk with Nirv, a look into adminlog and general log, and these ss...

I do not approve the way Nirv acted in this situation. Provoking people of whom you can not be sure how they will understand it and if they are able to hand a little "trolling" is always a walk on the thin line. This time, as we could see by the complaint, it went all wrong.

However, Nirv isnt known for acting bad and, what is more important, it seems it is not exactly as Golden presented it.

For Nirv, the reason to finally mute Golden was that he got insulted more than one time and that Golden in the end even expressed some insults towards guests of our server. No matter what his reason was (kicked gf etc.), Nirv is right that we do not tolerate such behaviour.

Concerning Golden I have to say that Im quite disappointed that you seem to be another example of fast-raging young people. I understand that you want to "defend" your language, but no matter if you are sure Nirv "insulted it" or not (like in this case, as he seemingly only expressed his opinion about french being hard to learn and use) - using insults yourself and calling people retarded etc. is definitely not the right way to do so.

I would be happy if you could, in the future, try to first fully understand what someone is saying and then, if needed, take the actions you want to.

Nirv : When you said that french was difficult to learn (and i approve it), it upset Golden because he thought it was considered as racist and he didn't know you were also french. That's from here it began.
In the other hand, you saw Golden's reaction and began to provoke him, which annoyed Golden and i understand it.
I've to approve that if i was as young as Golden, i could react same.

Golden : You are 14 and it could be difficult to control yourself when someone is provoking you, but to be in our clan, you have to control yourself, so try to don't provoke, insult people no matter the reason, stay calm, because it could come back against you, as you saw now : You complained, and finally against you.

Nowadays people tend to see racism everywhere.

To be honest my nationality shouldn't matter, I think everyone is allowed to give their own opinion regarding a language.
Indeed i was not blaming a specific person nor a whole population. So no one should have felt offended.

Funny thing is I wasn't even talking to him in the first place, i had a chat with the guy called Olien and i wanted to show him that french people don't necessary praise their own language to everyone else.

The fact that Golden misunderstood doesn't allow him to react in such a way. His young age plus the fact that he tends to overreact might bring more troubles than anything else.

Moreover it won't match if he cannot state what really happened and if he overdo things. This is the reason why i'm against his recruitment.

I however don't deny the fact that I provoked him, I've lost my patience i guess
