I'd like to add to what MayheM said about this.
At no point in my post I even mentioned guests. That's a completely different (yet serious) problem.

The problem I have with your post is that it caused a whole lot of discussion, which there was no need for, in my opinion.

Dream used his rating tags on the server because of a misunderstanding of the external team rule. We told him that he should use TWC tags on our servers at any time, and he understood.

Also, the reputation of a team or clan shouldn't have an influence on your perception of any individual member. Fluffy (or whatever his name was) used an aimbot and got banned. That's it. Would you want to guess how many TWC members got caught using cheats?

I hope you can understand my point on this one. I'm not a friend of solving these sorts of problems in the indiscreet way you chose.

'Could' usually means an option. I agree, this was an option, but it wouldn't solve the points I mentioned.

We have no rule saying that any member cannot play in other servers. We never will either. Even supremes are allowed to play anywhere they want to. Sure there is the threat of guid stealers and imposters using TWC tags and names to do harm to other servers to make it look like one of us did it, but that has always happened. There was a fake using Joints name in gdc a couple years back that we got blamed for. Nothing we can do to stop that.

Yes we are a fun clan, which is why we allow members to have other interests besides TWC. This is not old style gix and surely not a prison.

Of course not. But he's the supreme of the new server, Nitmod, isn't he? Is playing for rating in other servers more important than helping out new own server, especially when it wasn't greeted with enthusiasm by some members?
Imagine that you would get a new house for free from your parents. Would you drive after few days to hotels instead of taking care of home? That would be no respect to house and parents.

That's not only Fluffy, every eyd member i saw in ND was kicked at least once by me for insulting, constant whining or rulebreaking. Also if it's a team not clan, I don't think they have more than 10 members. So how can I respect them, if most of them doesn't respect us?
And if I'm not right, explain the hate to |abc| or EA. You (TWC, mostly Mayhem) judged them by some cheaters and ex-members, EA only by cheaters (remember some PB thread with few EA names) and one hacker. And these clans had a lot more innocent members than eyd atm or aC some time ago.

If I was given a free house, I would take care of it of course, but I wouldn't lock myself inside and not go anywhere else. When I need some time away and take a holiday I would of course stay somewhere else, since the house would be too large to fit in my suitecase.

As long as he is doing what the co-supremes ask of him here with the servers, then who are we to not allow outside interests? If he or anyone starts neglecting his duties, then of course he, as anyone else will be demoted. In this case I hear he is still doing what is asked of him.

However, I am not stupid enough to think that a few bad apples will spoil the whole bunch. Of course there were a few innocent members in abc that didn't know what patient, dragon and the other high admin did. EA was a large clan and again I only dealt with the ones who came to our server and either misbehaved, cheated or flooded our servers. Posting evidence in their forum where even the guy admitted doing it and then seeing them all forgive him, yea that pissed me off. Wouldn't it piss you off? When another servr owner comes and posts proof that one of our members doing such things, he would have been kicked and ban. That has happened in more than a coulpe cases.

Yet still there never was a Ban on Site issued for EA.

IN the beggining there was a BOS on abc, but that was when they first started and yes the majority of them were friends who liked cheating and hacking.

We/ I have always dealt harshly with "people", not the tags they wear. As we still do and always will. And I will continue to post in other clans forum proof of their members dirty deeds. Did in the fun forum once and they banned me, not the guid stealer who stole and impersonated a supreme of TJ at the time. And still no BOS on them either.

No offense man, but if your trying to make me look bad by posting only part of the story, then at least ask me for the rest of the story before posting my past.

I don't know why this is continuing and why your bring up the past (although that part I love :P).

Dream as any other memeber is allowed to be in a 'team' as earlier defined.I don't really know or care what rating is, sorry. Some people are attention hounds. Ego is everything.

Admin deal with unruley guests according to the rules.

And ycn owes me some royalty money for the many MayheM hater servers that have been put online because of me.

Anything else? Or can we move on from this issue as well?

I will explain you what rating is.
first have a check on this site, http://et.trackbase.net/
there are teams and clans and rating players.
When you get much kills and low deaths you will get rating ( sort of points ) By capturing a flag you get points and for much XP per minute too.
So it's just like a match who is top player, Just sort of fun.
You can call the number 1 in trackbase sort of best player of ET.

Might as well add somewhere clear rules about TJ. I mean most people don't use tags there and speak what they want (including me).
Just make clear rules about that plz.

Ok i'll add them in the TJ server base.

TJ has been a free server to play in for a long time now. It has come to my attention about the rules or lack of rules.

All normal clan rules should be followed at all times. The problem being is that few members are in there to enforce them.

If you are in the server and see someone breaking the rules.

1. Contact someone with high level to come and deal with the situation.
2. Take screenshots if you can't find anyone and post in forum.
3. Try to calm the offender down yourself with talking. (Not always the easiest option :P)

Some selected members may in time be given high enough admin in the server to call upon as well.
