I don't know if it counts as history when you've been around for two years, but here I go.

Some pre-history too:
First I was in DC (Delta Commanders), playing in No Download. Some TWC-guys joined and even while i played ET for a while I just got owned ( I was the problem myself, not them). I became curious, so I took a look at TWC servers. Nice, friendly members were in TWC in those days (still :P ), but I just failed at regular ET.

Then I played Panzerwar, and fell in love! I could kill someone, I could even get a killing spree!
Stalker asked me to join, but, I was still in DC and had (have) some good (IRL) friends in there, so I stayed in DC.
Nevertheless I kept playing panzer, together with great people:
Fast, Beat, Dizzer, Stalker, Dynamite, Maniac, Crunked, and so on...
A new generation of players was recruited;
Animal Zone, Manzz, Turbo, Spicy and Akai

After some whining at Tankey (friend of me IRL too) ( :P ), finally DC got a panzer server, and I became recruiter. But, sadly, it was inactive from the start and became an abandoned project.

Some dark times came (I think I have to talk about those too), and I discovered some awesome (server)hacks, so I went hacking some inactive servers with some friends.
When I asked Mayhem about something, he found out what I was doing, posted it online (post has been removed in 2014). Ofcourse, as a real newbie and a jerk, I reacted somehow... jerkish? Mayhem banned me from TWC.

I was very sad, I couldn't play panzer anymore, and I was really sorry.
Luckily, after asking Stalker, my ban was shortened and after that, I could play panzer again!

After some rcon problems in DC I won't talk about here (I swear, I didn't hack it!), I got banned from DC. I went to TWC, the only place I could go in ET. In objective, I helped some high admins set up the server, because some jaymod settings where difficult to understand. They recruited me and promoted me to leader immediatly! Ofcourse, I was very happy, that I joined TWC, and had great fun.

In the meanwhile, friends in DC complained about me being banned, and they were kind enough to unban me... Because I had those friends in DC, I left TWC ( ) and went back to DC. I asked Stalker, if I could join panzerwar if I were to be banned/kicked from DC again. He agreed.

2014: Complete story

For some reason one of DC's server owners accidentally posted the rcon password in main chat and curious as I was I tried it out and gave myself commands (!lol and some other 'innocent' command, as far as I know). I got accused of hacking because the part where the server owner had posted the rcon in main chat had 'magically' disappeared from the logs and I got kicked from DC and banned. While playing in TWC|Objective I helped Mast3r (close to that name) 's brother setting up Mast3r's server (everything straight from the Jaymod docs). I then got promoted to 'Co-Supreme' or Leader, not sure. After some furious forum conversations between DC Members I got unbanned and got to rejoin. I immediatly left TWC simultanously. I did it because my friends in DC. Not only because of the ones I already knew from real life, but also those who I got to befriend ingame. I didn't even know Objective was doomed to fail at that point anyways, after being supreme there for 1 / 2 days. I hadn't even checked the TWC forum once.

Many years later, I had some internet problems, and lagged like hell. I became inactive in DC, and they kicked me
I came to Panzerwar, and told Dynamite what Stalker said; That I could join panzer (old forum link).

Then I wanted to join my friend with scrim, so Dynamite did a try-out, and I won in panzerarena. --> BSC

Sadly, Stalker left... . Zone became supreme (that's not sad)
Panzerwar became somewhat inactive, and so did I. Everytime I joined, only bots were on...

Panzer became a little more active, and well, you know what they say:
Desperate times call for desperate measures;
I became Recruiter (yay).

I began to irritate Zone, untill he (we :P ) finally aranged a match, a fireteam match. Ofc, PwL, my FT, won

That's my story. I do not regret anything, because of this, I joined TWC and played with lots of nice guys and guests.

I want to thank all of you (even Mayhem) for the great times that has been, the great times we have now, and the great times that yet have to come.

I'd love to continue this story, but there's quite a gap to fill now... I'll give it a try though. I do still remember the day I wrote this original post.

The link above to the 'hacker story' about me was removed on my request. Not trying to hide the fact that I hacked servers, but I felt it did seem to give a wrong impression about me as I'm not like I was back then now.

Okay, back to where I left it (not completely in chronological order).

Somewhere in June 2012 Stalker did rejoin TWC again as PW supreme under the name Original to help Zone out with the server. Quote Zone: "I never thought I will recruit my recruiter." He left a few weeks later again though, stating that Zone didn't need any help with PW as it was doing just fine.

Like I've stated before, I was always slightly less active back then. When Zone asked me who to choose to promote to Co Leader, me or Death, I told him to choose Death as I was probably just active for a short duration. That's how Death managed to pass me by. Eventually Turbo got promoted too, to co-supreme of Panzerwar.

As you all know probably, Zone expanded a little bit within TWC. He spent time on graphic design for TWC, and made a few maps (mainly for Panzerwar), which he pretends to hate.

We wanted to play some competitive panzerwar so I contacted some |fun| members to have a PW scrim. In total we had 2 scrims, but the second was slightly disturbed because of a huge argument with the owner of |fun| about a few players that joined TWC. Eventually it came down to a complete ban on TWC members in |fun|. Our panzerwar buddies wanted to continue though and so we had our second match in TWC servers.

I forgot to mention the following 'generation' of Panzerwar players. Those are mainly those who appear in TWC Rooms: Thrasher, !Hunt, Cow!, Papounet, Dutchrebel, Smokedog, Sun, **m.**, Verb, Redberry, Veli, Sein etc. (Goddamnit I will not name everybody here!) Some of them also participated in the match against |fun|.

In the meanwhile (before Turbo became Supreme) I helped out Zone with some 'experimental' server settings. I'd edit the configuration files and send them to Zone, which would then upload those files to the server. Eventually I recieved some more access, i.e. rcon password. It let me experiment a little bit with the server. I did still not have access to the configuration files however.

It's a little bit blurry to me what happened in the time after. I helped out players and servers a little bit. Suggested some mapscripts against WJ in No Download, made a temp fix for the broken TWC menu. During this time (before too) many High Admins suddenly left, thinning out the higher ranks of PW.

At some point I got promoted to PW's SCT member, which essentially put me at the highest non-supreme position in the clan. It didn't really change that much for me, except that Death couldn't splat me anymore
Shortly after that however, Zone honored me by promoting me to his co-supreme. My position as a Supreme is what made me now actually. Even though I'd still neglect some, most responsibilities of a Supreme kept me active in the game. It also placed me in a position where I could screw experiment with other settings. There was a sadder message that came with my promotion though. Zone did it because he was considering leaving TWC himself. Eventually he did so, leaving me behind. We considered promoting Death to Supreme to take his place, but he refused. Later (much later), he would leave too.

In july 2013, something special happened. The first official TWC meeting! It took place in The Netherlands, great! I could only be there for one day because of other activities I had planned so that day, July 18th, I left home early and traveled to the meeting. It was great to meet members face to face and we (and the watermelon) enjoyed our day at the beach, followed by diner and a webcam chat with absent members. I also found out that one of the members (yourdog) only lives 1 km from my home...

Something else special happened, but it passed by unnoticed. Not sure how I came by it, and it may predate it, but to my knowing TWC was created on June 9th 2008. That means the 5th anniversary of TWC has gone by unnoticed. Let's make sure the 10th anniversary will be huge!

Mayhem and Joint left to create WoS. Two of the greates personalities had left the clan (I won't go into details about why). It still saddens me that they decided to go their own way, but luckily they are still both active and I have contact every once in a while.

Before my promo to Supreme (when Turbo was still Supreme) some player joined and not only was he a great, active player (aside from a small period when he left the clan), he appeared to be a great admin too. I won't tell his whole story here, but let's say the Outstanding Achievement wasn't give to Veli for nothing. He actually had a little bit of a negative effect on me. He did lots of administrative stuff as High Admin and that basically resulted in me being less active again.

Another year passed by in a blur, either because the fun we had or because of me being semi-active. There was a scrim against TM, but (no offense intended) they weren't as experienced in Panzerwar as we are. Another generation (re-)joined: Only_me, Snacky, Antti, Brother, Alioth, Ace, Ivan, Lama.

Yeah... what can I tell about this now? I continued doing stuff for TWC. Kept Panzerwar going, still adding experimental stuff. Did a lot of stuff for other servers too. One thing I'm particulary proud of is the mapscripts for No Download. Mimus chatted me up, and after a conversation about dresses and red jewelry bags, she, all hyped up, asked me if I wanted to become MST. Apparently she and Ligustah agreed that I did most of the MST stuff already. I said yes. Veli replaced my spot as Panzerwar supreme (I already considered promoting him to co-supreme).

Things have surely changed in TWC and Panzerwar. Friends (re)joined / left, flooder, trollers, spoofers. Promos that took 8 months take 2 months nowadays. 'Just' banning someone for hacking isn't that easy anymore, many servers are close to empty. Might seem that TWC has only turned worse, but it is not. Even with those 'negative' turns, TWC still exists. The community sticks together and friends are still being made. We still have fun in our servers. Oh, also, less smileys and more parentheses.

Ah yeah, next generation: Imma, Blade, Jul, MagicznyKrzysiek, Sky, Jeff (active again), and unbelievably, Zone. "I never thought I will recruit my recruiter."

Here I am, MST of TWC, pseudo supreme of Panzerwar, and I salute everybody reading this. Thanks for pulling through my 'whole' ET life. Obviously this is not even a quarter of everything that happened, and I'm not saying I forgot everything / everybody that hasn't been mentioned here. Just felt like I'd put up the main points.

Well, seems like I don't really need to write my own story, since Moanraker basicaly described it. :P At some point I thought he was writing a story about me and not himself.

But there is a story you don't know. It has recently been EIGHT years (late november 2017) since I joined in PW, I have been member for nearly four years when I left the clan. I thought it was the right decision, but as time went by I started to miss my friends, the community and playing on my favourite ET server of all times. I couldn't let go my thoughts about TWC, that's when I realized I'm in love with this game. Oh boy I missed mapping, graphic design, people and my baby (PW server), I decided to re-join after almost 3 years has passed. Since I came back, I feel the same as I did before when I was at full glory in TWC . Mapping and graphic design is my passion and knowing other people respect and value what I do, means a lot to me and it gives me even more motivation to keep going, pursuing my dream of becoming something I really want. I couldn't have made it this far if weren't for you guys, you are my strength.

Panzerwar might have had bad days and was struggling with activity, but I won't let it die, not on my watch. Having Thrasher and Nightall on my side, there is no way something like that could happen.

My 'big' brother Chuck, (yes, him) got me into ET and TWC, As i was exploring i realised that there were a few servers i really liked. Joined headshot (dont know exact date, but it was 2012 or 2013) at first. But then later vietnam got added, (if im correct) and liked vietnam a lot more, started playing it more, getting into it etc. So i eventually talked with good old butch, and he got me to join. I loved my time at VM, thought about rejoining, but the server is close to empty. I mean, maybe it isnt a valid reason. But its just not fun. And i'd like to do some hard work for a server, but eh. Idk its hard to explain hope anyone that reads it understands. Back then i was 13/14 years old. Now im 19 and a lot wiser.

Then i had to leave due some irl issues school didnt really work out, had no money for a PC, now im studying and have the money to get a good PC (so here i am) , and now got back into PC gaming. (still very rusty at ET) I'm gonna re-join TWC and going to join Panzer on the 12th ZonE convinced me to join, i mean he didnt say much but he got me thinking.

I joined to TWC, cos my brother was here, name as "Sota" and I wanted to play on the same clan as he
But let's start

First time when I joined to TWC it was on the 12th of August on 2012 to ND server. Before that I tried like 5 times to join, but I was so bad so I didn't pass the K/D thing (I'm still bad ). If I be honest I never passed the K/D thing . But u guys gave me a chance to be a member. So on the 12th of August on 2012 Kokok accepted me in and I was so happy. I played like 6 months and then I left, I have no idea why. Btw my nickname was "Asko", somebody of u probably can remember me.

On 2016 or 2017 I visited on the ND anf I liked to play there. I played there like 4 months. I got few really good friends from ND as well :P the first one was Ludi, he was so friendly for me and just a nice guy. And the second one was "Meagain / Haures" yes, he was not a ND member, but still he was a nice guy. I asked many things from him. And he explained them.

Someday I visited on the HS, I liked to play there as well. I played against ppl and I liked it so much :P. When I played on the HS, I got there some friends as well. Vicky, Nirv, Sweet Girl, Raven, Cross, and other. I thought which server would be better, and I choosed the HS and I joined there on the 7th of August on 2017. Vicky recruited me in and she has been a great friend for me :P Buut I'm again a part of TWC which is nice :P

So, I play on TWC servers since 2013-14 with bigger and smaller breaks.
Before TWC, I was Member:
-In DooC for 1 year (Started around 2011)
-In <=TM=> for 1/2 year (It was really fun, but I was noob )
-In DooC again for 1/2 year (I left the clan in 2013)
After those I got there and started playing on NoDownload (Maybe it was an other server, sorry but I can't remember clearly). I was playing for 2 years as a guest and after that I started visiting PPC servers. I bacame a member in 2016.11.06 and left this clan in 2017.11.05 and joined to TWC Vietnam. I want to stay in Vm as much as I can

Started to play nd as a guest 2015 then someday i dont remember who it was but asked me to consider joining twc. well i joined and played a bit as member until sky said that i should go for level 7 application. well i was pretty much against it but sky made me change my mind so i applied to level 7 and it passed.

after 6 months or so at nd i met shockwave. he was killing me with a panzer all time and we were joking alot of that. after awhile he came and asked me a favor or help regarding bg. I was kinda against it first so i gave him 2 day time to make my decision. then i went and see it how its like to play in bg.. it was empty all the time mostly only bots and no human players so much well herr geutebrueck here and there xD . So i decided to help shockwave with BG.

i started as basic member and we usually chatted at teamspeak while playing/afking in bg. soon i was co-leader of bg which i was more than happy about and i joined to the psa too in that time.

after a while i was asked to be a leader since the leader of that time wasnt so active. i was kinda against it as usual but agreed to it so i became a leader just in a few months of being transfered from nd.


those time when i was leader bg was doing fine we had good members and good recuiters we had alot of fun in ts and in other games too.


when i became supreme i was aware that shockwave was leaving. i just knew it was going to happen even though he never said anything leading to it so when it happened i was calm and sad in same time since i had to do the job for my own now and learn new things by myself ( not all ofc ).


and now after a year or so being supreme i left the clan and the reasons you can see in the leaving topic

Simple, got into the HS server back in 2012, got recruited into the clan in 2014, been clan-less since like 2006-2008, TWC was the first clan I joined. I eventually made it to recruiter and had some troubles, and I got accepted into ND yesterday. That's it very briefly.

I was asked to join I did (2013). My PC broke in (2014) I lost my 2nd Co leader rank along the side of my old forum ACC. Got a new PC (2016) made new forum ACC rejoined TWC VM transferred to HS then in near end of 2016 My PC broke again My old forum account is FrOsTeDTaCoZ. I now Go by my actual real life nickname is Ty & I no longer can get into my old email & log into my old 2016 forum ACC.

I am terrible with emails passwords my new email is all good now just saving up for a good PC.

Hi,
Just been lurking because of ET nostalgia and would like to give my piece of history in this.

Started playing ET at around 8-10 years old, I’m certain I joined this clan around 2011 or something then quit then returned around 2014-15. I joined again around 2017-2018 definitely. I came under the alias asian_neymar, I was originally ND member I think then transferred over to BG because of some persuasian.

Don’t actually remember that much and I only was a basic member so not much to say but just want to wish everyone well and especially meagain/haures, Ludi, Megaslow, Snowman (hope anyone remembers that 1v1 pistol tournament on the hs server) and the annual Christmas Hide and Seek server, that was lots of fun and spent many hours playing it.

The nostalgia wants me to speak about it all but I won’t bore you, last shout-out goes to Herr Geutebreuck the best engineer ever on BG and I am currently at university right now so hopefully in the future, I return and make BG active again.

If anyone remembers me please say hi, retingle all the nostalgia hehe.
