I think splat is fair in case of heavy sk/walljump... yes, i can warn the player but if he's still alive what is the purpose? He still got an advantage in game disrespecting a rule. You can't just warn somebody and let him keep doing damage to the game in these cases.

1. Warn
2. Warn + splat
3. Warn + splat again
4. Kick
5. 1 week ban (Proof required, to be posted in the banproof topic)
That is the way our rules state you take action if somebody wj/heavy sk

Maybe we should make a difference between applications from new guests and guests with like 50K xp+.
atm is it a 2 week trial period which works great in my oppinion, but we also have people who gathered arround 100k xp in our server and then make an application.
I think we should reduce this time for well known guests.
In the servey we can ask this with some options like:
1. immediately join after oppinions high admins.
2. 3 day's trial
3. 5 day's trial
4. 7 day's trial
5. 14 day's trial. (like it is now)
and also "what is a well known guest": (according to xp)
1. 10k xp
2. 20k xp
3. 35k xp
4. 50k xp
5. 75k xp
6. 100k xp
That's my question:P

^ agree
i think that the time of the trial should be decided by recruiters based on how much time he played on server, XP, behavior etc. etc.
the 2 week trial is slowing down the recruitment process, it's not always needed to me...
also reintroducing a k/d ratio to join would not be a bad idea, maybe a little easier but it's a nice challenge, when i did it i had a lot of fun. I think a recruit should challenge himself in some ways

Can i suggest giving level 6 people the 'kick' command?
The reason behind it is because i've seen people sk a lot with heavy weapons, when no Admin+ is around, but just members (up to level 6, respected member) and they just keep splatting the sk'ers, but most of the time heavy sk'ers keep continue because they know they can't be kicked anyway (last time i saw this was yesterday, so..)
It's annoying for the people who get sk'ed, but also for the members, because they have to splat all the time (and can't play themselves) but can't do anything to prevent people from heavy sk'ing.
