you don't get it,
what is the the essence of even teams? it is to have a nice game with both teams having +/- the same chances to win
placed mines are a very powerful advantage and is sometimes decisive to win/loose a map
if you !put the player who placed at least 70% of the mines.. the whole map gameplay can be perturbed and the other team would get a damn big advantage and could then easily win the map ...
also there's the case with 'the only engi'
so your inequality (even teams > your gameplay with mines) is incorrect Shy

I mean that you have to do admin work and prefer to make the teams even or a way to make it balanced than keep playing for your own..
