The Administrative System :
-- Levels :
The levels in TWC are as follows :
Member ( 3 tier ) > Admin > Recruiter > Co-Leader > Leader > Supreme > Master Supreme
For the various member level tiers' promotions are handed out on a basis of activity (forum as well as in-game) as well as maturity. Recruiter ranks are generally handed to those who are extensively active on the server, and can help in finding potential members. Co-leader ranks are given to those who have contributed heavily to the server and are trusted with major commands. So on and so forth, the Supreme of a server has access to rcon as well as cpanel, and is the main head of a server. The Master Supremes are in charge of the overall clan. Some donator levels are a way of saying thank you to those who support us by giving them funcommands.
-- Promoters :
General member level promotions can be given by Leaders and Co-Leaders. However, promotion to an admin level is held in a democratic sense by all members of the server. The same is applied to the Supremes level. If a server has its own promotion policy, it can be checked in the respective server's base.
-- Inactivity :
Members who are inactive without reason will be demoted, and kicked from the clan in cases of extensive inactivity. Members with valid reasons will not be demoted / kicked.
-- Forum Administrations :
The Regulators and Supporters are tasked with keeping the forum in shape, and moderating the forums. However, specific sub-forum's have their own set of moderators as well.
-- Server Transfers :
Wanting to change your home server is understandable. Thus, TWC allows a member to transfer from one server to another, given that the supremes of both the servers agree on the transfer, and also that the person has played in his last server for at least a month.
