Jaymod Recruitment policy
- The person has to make an application post on the forum in the application base
- After the post, he has to put an [R](^4[^7R^4]) in front of his in-game name
- After the post, one recruiter+ accepts the beginning of the trial period and posts the date the 1 week period ends in the applicant's post.
- He/she should have a mature, polite and friendly behaviour
- He/she should behave well.
- He/she should be able to properly speak English (only Yes, No or OK is not enough!)
- He/she can't be in another clan already
- He/she should be active in the 1-week-trial (Visit the server at least 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes)
- He/she should look at the opinions recruiters+ post in his application post
- After the 1-week-trial recruiters+ accept or deny the request
- The recruit is to be set level 4 on the server after acceptance of the request. This has to be posted in the roster updates of ND.
- Keep track of the newly recruited member his/her activity for the next couple of weeks. Especially check whether the new recruit stays active on our forum.
The trial period can be shortened to 3 days only when the person who made application is a former member of the clan.
Level 8 (Recruiter) or higher is required for recruiting. A recruiter is supposed to be ready to answer questions made by a potential recruit. The recruiter should always be the one to handle potential recruits, even when higher level admins are online. The job of the recruiter nowadays is watching and talking with guys that would like to join, then posting an opinion on the recruits application thread and if not done yet giving them a trial date. Then the recruiter should keep an eye on the recruit (like.. do people complain about rulebreaking or anything). If everything goes well the recruiter should post a final opinion near the end of the trial date and then recruit the applicant on the day his trial expires.
All of this would take recruiters like 30 mins max over the course of 2 weeks per applicant.
Levels 9 and higher aren't required to recruit when recruiters are online. These levels only have to handle potential recruits if there aren't any level 8's online.
