i think a voting for all members (10 or 15 k) is perfect.

I agree with a vote : we should create a new thread open for 1 week : all TWC members can vote 1 time :

1) -stay 5k
2) -10k
3) -15k
4) -20k

When the week is over we count the vote for each XP required and close the thread.

With this the question will be solved and it's look like a democracy ^^ !

My first Impression of 5 k was ok il get that 5 k in a week , and i did i think.
Still i tryed to make good impression to not brake rules no swearing etc..
If the person makes a good behavior plays alot on the server and is friendly.. You can start by saying 5k at Min to join if you think the person has to be tested you can say play until 7.5 k or 10 k so we can follow you all the way to see if you can join or not.

Voting is also a good remedy if you can't find an answer

PS:
If we set the required xp to high people will get de-motivated i think..
I really was motivated to get 5 k asap and play alot of hours at the server to join this lovely community.

If people want to join, they will get the required XP, trust me.

exactly. if someone really wants to join clan, he should be motivated to get it. if not, that simple means he doesnt really want to join.
