I have to say, I partly agree with Lucid. 1 week is certainly not a very long time and it can happen to everyone once in a while to be away for more than 1 week. And of course one does not all the time think about notifying everyone else about the inactivity here on forum.

Maybe we could agree on some kind of compromise and make 2 weeks out of it. In any case, people should not instantly get punished for being inactive 1 week or 2 weeks but just get a notification PM that they should try to check the forum more often or notify other people about his/her activity next time. Demotions or kicks should only happen after an inactivity of 1 month or more, without notification. That's my opinion at least.

If you are going to be inactive for more than a week you can post in inactivity thread, is not that hard, or just tell it to someone on xfire ingame or smth and he will post it for you. and checking 2 mins forum before going ingame is not hard as well. 1 week is good.

The new rules concerning inactivity on forum reffer to both cases - u r inactive and u gave the CLEAR reason why u can't be online since some time or u r inactive because u r lazy. The second case qualifies to punishment by automate and may cause more serious event like removal from clan eventually. We clearly discussed the matter earlier where admins without current knowledge cannot wear tags and be - exactly - the admins. Simple

We should not be too strict. There are different types of members. Some are more interested in forum stuff and some not. Of course it's no big deal to visit the forum for some minutes and check all the important topics. But it actually can happen that you simply forget it or don't want it, especially for newer members or those who are not so incredibly familar with the english language. And for that matter, 1 week indeed seems quite short to me. But okay we can try it.

The 1 week has been discussed and this timespan was chosen in agreement with all Supremes, and a majority (more than 2/3) members during that survey.

We dont want to punish people who have a car accident or go to vacation, but we want to make people who are members of this clan fulfill their "duties" as a member. And one of it is being active aka. at least reading whats new on forum.

A good way to solve it, or make it easier to post your inactivity - you do know that there is a profile (usercp) function with "away", like in xfire, so you can put yourself afk and also tell why, when you will be back aso?

About that guest -lvl thing: thats actually a really good point we did not yet think about. Because it would be a real shame if all the guests lose their lvls, we found another way:
Lig will make some sort of huge-useredit program which will make e.g. lvl 11 guests lvl 3 guests etc.

Unfortunately, this will take some time. We would ask the supremes to pause the implementing of the new lvlsystem until this weekend. Lig will post when his program ran through, and you can go on

4. Agree but makes an exception for people than a certain amount of time inactivity. Just like the Creak case.

14. I would agree for 2 supremes in case of NoD, about the rest, I would agree to have atleast 1.

15. Members should be able to demote HA, indeed, but I don't really agree with supremes. Supremes were elected by MST.

Activity is what made this clan so big. So I would like to see every member atleast once a week online at our server and gameserver should be visited also.
Nowadays, most of you guys, have a smartphone with some mobile connection, I assume. What's the big deal of looking quickly to the new posts at our forum with your mobile browser? Even it's in your break of when you're in bath?
That doesn't take alot of time so I think 1 week time to watch forum is not that hard to complete.
If you're about to be inactive, If you go on a trip, you'll be notified about it before, you can always post an inactivity thread?

Anyway great updates and now you can look through every memberlist and make some new decisions concerning NoD mapsscript, new supremes,etc.
