It has not been down, dude. Sometimes it does not come up in online server list, then type nam.twcclan.org in Connect to IP address field.

Hey Bobbies, the day has come! Are you sure about time? You wrote:
Date for war:-
1st December
TWC|ETNam Server
Begins from 7 PM (GMT +3)

Today 7pm GMT+3 means 9pm in Central-European Time (Paris, Berlin, Budapest, Vienna, Milano...).
Right?

[xAeroX]

Well Butcher im also not sure about it because im at 9pm offline , cause i have tomorrow French exams.
Im online from 7pm-9pm Central European Time

[Butcher]

I would take a shoutcaster place, if it is possible. I promise to record battle for others, if you wish. :P
Take it into account that Vietnam server has currently 20 slots available. I suppose this is the max number of players on teams and specs (?).
Please confirm battle time. Then play it from 7pm CET! He?

[Hani]

7-9 PM GMT/UTC +3

I dont know who is going to be online for a moment but,
We will do a warmup and wait for the Players at 7 PM,Then We will begin the battle at 8 to 9 pm

If no one from us havent become online i will get a backup from Puitje or Itim or ThE Members as you can see we are merged,
Map:FRAG MAP only
Server:vietnam.twcclan.org

Possibly i will be there,

If not plz contact me via xfire:kill021

[xAeroX]

Sure Butcher if you want
