My opinion is still a no, yesterday he had been kicked and was ready to get ban, this is just a way to protect his ass.

If he would have been given a ban (I can not judge this, I was not there, but if the admins who were there can) then he should be banned for the time that it was deserved. No expections are made for applicants nor for Members. Do not ever forget that.

He got a long ban in 2012 for being an annoying dude, then when 6/7 admins of ND Are online he claim that he changed blablabla, admins goes off and he start again.

If he is gonna be recruited, it Will destroy reputation of ND admins.
