Maybe you won't agree with my adminstyle but. Of course for new visitors, we should warn how Antho (kind and explaining). But for someone who we know, someone who have few thousand XP, it shouldn't be warning like 'Please stop it thanks blablabla'. We should be more strict for more known players, who are breaking rule. I always was strict admin, and always being strict is good option. About levels and commands. The new levelsystem is incoming, and even don't count for abusive commands in lowmember level. That is good, and should stay like that.

I have to agree with Kokok on this one.
Out of 10 players who wj or sk only 2 o 3 of them don't know ET gameplay/TWC rules. The others know it very well and do it on purpose and should be punished harshly because they give server a bad image.

ND image has been ruined enough by cheaters, hackers, rep of korea and poorly recruited people in general in the last 6 months and the fact that only high admins can mute/splat etc made the situation even worse.
Instead of limiting cmds i think that TWC members should be recruited better. 5,000 XP to join is a joke if you ask me.

I agree with this. In fact Xp is not important but 5000 xp means that u don't have play a lot in ND, u don't know the rules and want fast a clan.

Maybe if there is 2 NO or more, the people can't be recruit (unless he explains his reasons) and all people need something like 2 High admin YES and 3 low member YES.

I'm not sure, but isn't that a bit unnecessary? I get the "people should be accepted by high and low members before taken in", but they could just be easily removed from the clan if they prove out to be troublesome. Member doesn't follow the rules and gets punished accordingly. Sounds easier to me than having 5 people get to know the guy separately before giving a YES.
Oh, and I'm not trying to bash the idea, but I just think it has some flaws.

And wasn't there a system where a player that wants to join, has to wear [R] in front of their names for a while, so that people can check out how s/he actually is before letting them join?
Or was that scrapped?

Even you don't have 50k. And a fair number members also.
But something around 20k sounds good.

Seriously? I've implented a new system a couple of months ago, the one we have now. And it actually worked in filtering out the rotten apples, and the inactive ones. We have only recruited the good people, who was liked by every recruiter. So I have to call this something called poo from a male cow.

Coming back on topic: More EXP, yes, I agree on that totally, and I will go discuss it soon. But, I still don't agree on giving lowest level members big commands. You have to earn these ones. And if you guys said 'YES' to the new levelsystem in the survey, you could there is only 1 Level without any abusive commands (level 4 (New member)). Level 5 has mute and unmute if I'm right, and Level 7 has most of them, so I was planning anyway to promote a lot of people to level 7, just to have plenty of Admins. So If this levelsystem is implented, leave it over to me, and we won't have to worry anymore about all the walljumpers etc.
