it shouldn't be a rule but just common sense to not take panzer just to piss people off, especially when you're a TWC member
and i think such behaviour should reflect on promotions and future involving in higher positions in the clan, same as not caring for teams
because basically, not caring for teams is spoiling the fun as much as taking panzer at 3vs3....

more rules is only fuel to fight even more. There never was a rule about restricting members or guests to use panzer. Why should we start one now. Leave it or disable the panzer altogether. And we all know that aint gonna happen either.

In my opinion, don't change anything about panzer. Everything is fine. Maybe one or two players leave because of it, but they leave too because of grenades, rambo medics, molotovs... If they don't leave because of mad admins, rude behaviour or something like that, TWC made everything right.

I had many matches on ND with 3 to 5 people per Team, and no one playing panzer.

Panzer is extremely annoying on ND as well, as most players do not use it against vehicles but against people, moreover to block places like narrow corridors, thus rblocking the game, ruining the fun of others. As ND is populated in 80% by guests, a rule for panzer could not be implemented, as admins should then explain this rule (don't use panzer against people...?) all day to guests.

I tell you what I propose.

1. I wonder of Panzer could not be made available from the 5th player per team in Jaymod but you know. Maybe a setting to release heavy weapons only from the 5th palyers in general...? If Enhmod is installed then it might be a solution.

2. Limit panzer speed heavily and set them vulnerable so that Panzer rockets can be shot down with any bullets! In Nam mod both are possible and we will also implement it. If you dramatically decrease Panzer speed (if possible) then you limit most trolls' intention to use it against people. Then a tank or truck could still be aimed and hit with even low panzer speed.

If you slow panzer, you slow mortar as well. so is a no-goto. and i will repeat it until i die, killing a person with panzer is not troll, is kill. making fun of people pushing and teamkill are trolls. that's the difference.

there has been already a poll about changeing panzer and basically every member voted no, so why still changeing it? duh.

And still about panza...
Talking over and over again about this weapon becomes boring and unnecessary.
Settings are good now. Panza is allowed. And it's a player's will if he'll play with it while teams are small or not.
