i took the prices from alternate.de, and the final price doesn't includes shipping and building ( for build i guess they ask around 100 euros ).

Cpu: i7 4770 274€

Mobo: asrock h97 pro4 79.90€

Gpu: Msi gtx 770 2 gb 289.90€

Ram: Crucial ballistic 8 gb (4x2) 73.90€

PSU (power supply): XFX 550w 49.99 €

Case: Corsair Carbide 300R 61.90€

HD: Seagate barracude 1tb 48.99€

SSD: Samsung Evo 840 120 gb 64.90€

OS:Windows 7 Home premium 84.90€

Total: around 1030 euros. obviusly this doesnt include shipping and especially the build cost. if you need to stay inside the 1000 budget also with build and shipping cost, i can downgrade some stuffs. Plus this uild doesnt have an optic driver (dvd/cd reader) , couse usaually its not needed, but if u need one, add around 20 euros more .

PS: jeff, that is very similar to my pc, but you forgot psu and even Os Tongue

Oh wow people still buy os & windows 8.1 still get no love i see .
The color scheme is horrible but i assume the case doesn't have a glass side panel so it shouldn't be a problem.
Anywhore this build is recommendable assuming you already have a 1080p monitor .

Reporting!

I don't really know what I should be looking for on your rigs. So many of those.
I would appreciate it if some of you built me a shopping cart of all parts. And just after that a short explanation what that item really do and what is it for. :P

I understand that Nvidia GTX 760 etc, are truly for gaming graphic cards, what is just like I have always been looking for. I have money gathered soon.

This is currently the best rig the other forum members from Finland did build me

They many agree to that rig and say it is good.

This is the actual finnish site, if you want to take a look to other rigs and items

16GB RAM because Id like to keep my school programs on same computer. (Adobe and stuff)

So what you guys think? What should be change about that rig, or is it good enough? It can go little higher than 1000. Just dont give me multiple rigs of your own set like you did some posts after, because I dont understand them and I cant choose. :P

I'm not too much into PC hardware, but have been looking around quite a bit lately because I'm in the process of building a new computer myself.
Is there any reason to use Xeon CPUs for that rig? Might be wrong, but aren't those supposed to be used in servers?
I'm quite busy, so unless it's a quick thing or really urgent I am unlikely to be able to answer PMs throughout the week, but I try to reach out to everyone who contacted me during the weekends. If it's urgent, you can also contact any of the supremes, they can do a lot of things or relay directly to me if necessary.

xeon cpus are for servers and stuff like that , not for desktop pc or for normal use Tongue

for those 200 euros, you can get easily the I5 4690 , that is way MORE usefull for you :P

still i don't get why they suggest you to pay for a cpu cooler while you won't even make overlclock. Indifferent
