Hey!
I have a problem with ET's pixel dimensions.
Every time I open ET, it shows up about 4th of the screen's size, and I have to type following to console & close and open ET again to get fullscreen:
/seta r_customheight 992
/seta r_customwidth 1768
/seta r_mode -1
Is there any way I can save the settings so I don't have to reboot & write those lines every time?
Not that it's a big problem, but would be better if it worked properly :P

If you do have .cfg file you use during gameplay, I think you are able to write those lines on your .cfg.

You might want to try :
/r_fullscreen 1
and ofc, add those cvars to your autoexec / etconfig cfgs.

I use a shortcut of et.exe. Just rightclick -> properties-> index tab: shorcut -> target field and paste after your et.exe path (e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\et.exe") this : +r_mode "-1" +r_customwidth "1920" +r_customheight "1080" +cg_fov "90" +set com_hunkmegs "256" +vid_restart"
cg_fov is the field of view.

or use my way easiest solution.
Make autoexec.cfg in etmain if it doesnt stand there and edit with those cvars together with com_hunkmegs 192(depending on how much RAM you got). and some other preferred settings you want.
So that cfg will be auto executed during each start of ET so no more juggling with resolution resets :P

put
seta r_mode "-1"
seta r_aspectratio "1"
seta r_customaspect "1"
seta r_customheight "992"
seta r_customwidth "1768"
in your autoexec.cfg
