----------
I'm new to this community, so enlighten me if my statements are not applicable or correct due to a lower age average.
So what I've noticed about your servers is that players get muted for the most unexpected words they say. Words like 'piss', 'sh*t', etc. People do not like being muted when they say they're pissed off. People do not like being muted when they inform they have to take a sh*t. These words are not offensive to anyone and I don't get why you should be automatically muted for using them.
I've also heard there's a member called Cuma and people get muted for saying his/her name. Cmon...
You should draw a line at a more offensive level, or perhaps find a better solution to prevent word abuse. This is not kindergarten summercamp... It's a game. A shooter for Christ's sake.
There's my two cents, thank you for reading and perhaps considering. Please don't warn me for using these baaad words, it was just my intention to make an upright point. I'm sorry if I have offended anyone.

The reason of the auto mute filter is because of years ago.
A kid was playing and someone said "f**k" and later I got a PM from him saying it was his parents, and he would never be playing here again because of bad language. I told the parents it would never happen again. That is why such words as piss, sh*t, f*ck, idiot, stupid, and etc. are filtered. It's for the younger users.

I can imagine... Are there still players that young hanging around? Whenever someone swears your brain automatically guesses what was said, so it does not entirely prevent situations like that. Well, it does prevent angry parents to blame your clan.
Not to blacken you, but to support my case I'd like to say that the words 'gay', 'boobs' and (well, not that offensive) 'silly' are in your signature. :P

thats true what you said and actually he should change it :P, but yes we do have people under 10 years in this clan so the automute filter will stay there. people need to find other words for taking a sh*t for example i need to crap. or if a guy is called cuma call him kuma problem solved .

Still as inoffensive as saying sh*t when you're killed

It is very funny... that kid played a game full of blood, violence and death and it was ok, but when someone said f**k - They forbade him to play ))
LOOOOOOL People are different and strange, setting the rules for them is kinda pointless...There will always be someone who doesn't like something.
I think that curses are at least demoralizing in this game )))
And sometimes funny If i can kill someone - why i cnat say a bad words? I think that bad language (when is not abusing and offensive to someone) is OK.

People are just writing things like 'fuuck' or 'shitt' to avoid the automute anyway. In my opinion there shouldn't be any automute at all. In many cases these words are just being said by accident, not to do anyone any harm. Then either the person is lucky to have a high admin around who unmutes him, or he/she has to wait until getting auto-unmuted.
And in other cases, people shouldn't can't take any insult here in the internet serious or personal anyway. Especially if every second word of it begins with f. No one really knows each other here, so how should anyone have the right to insult you so bad? But yeah maybe that's just me, maybe others do feel offended by these things, especially younger persons. But in that case we still have admins around who can !mute/!kick/!ban that person manually.
My opinion, no automute anymore, but simply decide depending on the circumstancers if someone should be muted or not.

I agree, my opinion is also that there shouldn't be such thing as automute.
They can always tell an admin if someone has insulted them or used offensive language in some other unacceptable way.
If the kid is old enough to play war games, he/she is old enough to occasionally see "swearing", and I personally think that automute doesn't prevent anyone from swearing, at least after they see how easy it is to avoid it.
(Though I still think that it will stay )

We could change it to just the **** and nothing else, so no mute. We will consider this option to.
