I don't know if somebody can help me.
But my problem is that my cpu is a intel pentium 4 3,2Ghz 1MB L2 cache HT technology but it runs at 2,8Ghz i saw that it doesnt use its all multipliers.
But i don't know how to fix it.
Can somebody help me?
It has a inbuild gpu chip but its disabled so it should use its all capacity.

perhaps you must change settings in bios ? multiplier of the clocking?

my bios is locked cause its a ibm pc.
older intel cpu are multiplier locked as mine does 2.
