Slevin, you as a start should have know the rules. Joris/Chuck you guys could have handled this a bit different.

Slevin move yourself in their point of view, as i read the replys you posted in this topic i can sort of see that you are a hothead. You know swearing is not allowed, which also is shown in the banners on our server. Muting is a way for us to make you stop swearing and gives us a chance to explain you what you did wrong. Altough when this doesnt seem to be working we have to take other actions to get you to know that what you do/did is not accepted. In this case Chuck/Joris choose to ban you for 7 days. This might be found a bit hars but you have to think about them, they are annoyed because of you and so are you. They could have ban you for longer.

About Republic of Korea, he has been banned once. Dont worry about other players altough when you find the urge to complain about any other member you are allowed to in our Complaints base, so when you suspect Somone (Member and non members) feel free.

According to the rules, swearing is not allowed. That I cannot deny.
Although I cant deny swearing is not allowed, you cant deny the best way to get your rules followed is to follow them yourself. Explain me then why I have not been warned before. Just because I'm an exmember should they be allowed to mute me directly, for a simple (...) from a movie ? It's not like Ive been callin everyone off all day long, I just said "english (...) do you speak it?"
That beeing said, lets go back to the name changing. I dont deny changing my name to NaziAdmins, but you guys seem to forget one thing : Chuck told me to change my name and I did, in a matter of seconds.

Lets also remind everyone what everyone knows : you admins have different powers to make sure rules are respected : warn, mute, kick, ban (and some other concering the game itself like freeze and stuff). Ban is the most servere punishment.

PS : I dont feel the urge to complain about members or players, I just point out that I got directly muted for swearing when your member did not even get warned.

Now lets remind everyone what happened. The only command I received form an admin today was from Chuck askin me to change my name, which I did. I was told nothing else, yet I still got banned.

You really think a 7 days ban is a rationnal punishment for what I did ? I'm sorry, but if I deserve a 7 day ban for this, they surely deserve a demotion for abusing (and theyre not the only ones).

You're just trying to talk yourself up here. You've always treid to be the 'funny' guy, please. You feel yourself to big, which I hate. You were annoying for a longer time. Therefore, the reason: Enough is Enough. You deny nothing, so you have to accept the fact you got banned for your behaviour, and you should just think before you say/do something. We as admins decide on the moment, and I decided to remove your from the server temporary as a big warning for your behaviour, which you were warned for before.

Feeling myself to big ? Lemme tell you what I hate : you acting like you know it all, like you're right. When did I ever received a warn for my behaviour, please, show me a screenshot proving this. How on earth am I feeling to big ? You're acting stupid and I'm the oen feeling too big ?
Also, ye I like to have fun. Does it gives you the right to abuse like you did ?

Ps : I have no problem talking to myself, thats actually to you I'm talking. No I deny nothing of what I've done today, what's the point, I dont think I did anything wrong. You, on the other hand, are denying you banned me for something you did not warn me for.
If I have to accept the fact I got banned for my behavior, then you have to accept the fact that you did it wrong.
"you should just think before you say/do something" Dont tell me to do things you did not do with me. Beeing an admin doesnt make you right.
Last but not least, you "decided to ban me as a big warning" and you say you've also warned me before. Once again, show me when you did, because I do not recall this.

Slevin, this is no Abuse this could have been handled differently obviously im not trying to say what Chuck or Joris did was the right thing, they should have warned you if they diddnt do so. But when your behaviour has been like this for a longer period of time i can understand them that they diddnt take the efford to tell you what you did wrong again.

You seem to be a pretty hot headed person as i stated before, you just keep on swearing. I personally do not beleive that our members have handled this wrong. You have to live with your ban, since there is no SS or whatsoever both parties cant proove what really happened. I would have lifted your ban but your way of talking made me reconsider it.

You are welcome again in our servers in 7 days.

I'm sorry if Jorris is allegating about me, but I'm not going to let him do this without even retorquing.

I would have taken screens if I had not been banned that fast.

My way of talking ? If talking the truth makes you reconsider doing the right thing, then I'm not goin to bother coming back in your servers in 7 days.

All of you guys just proved me right about the reasons I left TWC, and at the same time, proved many people out of TWC right aswell.

Well joint i warned yesterday also for similar things but he might hard learning and i thought in my oppinion he tried to interfer which is also not allowed so i thought mute was in his right place.
Further it doesnt matter if its a quote or not its not allowed to use insults(also in quotes) or any bad language. Alright the ban might be too much so ill make it 3 days for now, but please next time keep it nice and only tell people to follow rules and nothing more if somebody keep annoying call a admin.
And what joris also said korean is impossible banning him due to no guid and also using a proxy.
And he doesn't it here also UcE had same issues with him.
