Although Im really happy about Stefs proposal, France is, afai heard from most of the guys, a bit too far away. However, I would be happy to get the chance to have e.g. the meeting in 2015 there.
Please dont be mad that i had to reject this offer, but in order to give at least at these first meetings as many people as possible the chance to go there, Id rather take an east european spot in 2014, since most of the clan members live there (apart from the ones in west europe, who had their chance in 2013).

Ive already talked to quite a few camping spot owners, and so far there are 3 left who at least did not instantly denied my question due to my unability to give them a certain number of people who will be there.

Most likely one of these 3 camping spots will be it:

German Bremenhain in 02929 Rothenburg / OT Bremenhain, Germany: at the river Neisse (south german-polish border, close to czech rep.), rentable bikes and boat tours (though theyre a bit expensive), volleyball, football and a small pool, streetbasketball and small bowling area, firepit and small bbq allowed, parking spots for cars, bathing lakes pretty near to the camping spot; PRICES: 5€ p.p.p.n.

German Biehainer See in 02923 Biehain , Germany: near to the first camping spot (Brememhain), really close to one of the bathing lakes (the camping spot kinda IS the bathing lake), bbq allowed, lots of forest, rentable boats (also the ones where you have to use your feet , with slides), volleyball, merry-go-around, parking spaces,
PRICES: 3€ p.p.p.n, + 3€ for tent/7,50 for one big tent with 9 ppl., 1€ for parking, 1,70€ electricity, 0,75€ for shower --> about 5€

Poland Zloty Potok in 59-820 LESNA, Zloty Potok 42, Poland: near Wroclaw (polish-czech border about 2 hours (with car) away from German "Biehainer See") at river Kwisa and lake Zlotnickie, electricity, parking spaces, close to beach, volleyball, boat rents (normal, kajak, "feet boats"), bike rents, "horse tours" near
PRICES: 3,60€ p.p.p.n, + 3.60€ tent, + 3,60 electricity --> about 5€ if we can take a group tent

Now, to be able to give those camping spot guy asap at least a probable number of guests, Id like to know who is at least able to come (like, he can, but has to see if its holiday then, or if parents allow)?

Who already knows its too far away, too expensive, he will be on holiday with parents, or just isnt interested - tell me,too

Well I would definitely be able to come, since each of those 3 places are not that far away from me. But yeah it's still more than half a year until the meeting, so it's hard to say if I will have enough time, money and interest then.
