He talks dirty, it really is a little problem as long as two sides are joking each other.By another explanation, it is fine unless one side complains about it.However,

I can see he isn't polite, he went online talking on shoutbox. tried to talk to him but he seems has some issues with his education cause he kept ignoring me while he was online :/
Tell him that it will be a last warning if he doesn't change within a week feel free to kick him out.
We don't need immature and inpolite people in TWC.

Even though i wasn't here for a while, i've been hearing some bad things about this character aswell, and as stated above, we can miss people like this in TWC imo, i can't judge for myself because i haven't come across him ingame, but if he acts like this and doesn't heed to warnings he will be taken care of because of the actions that he takes.
