This can't be implemented in other servers, because the other servers don't have enough activity for this. Only a few are willing to go through such a complicated recruiting form in order to join a server with almost no members. No download is very active so it's probably going to work there.

+1 do this in HS VN Sniper and Panzer and you got 0 new members..
BG is our second most visited server and it would still be to hard to add it there.

I have never been a fan of forum recruiting requests. On one hand it forces new members to make a forum account, which is nice, but on the other hand, some people won't want to bother with it before getting a tryout. We have tried this before and if I remember right it didn't work so well, but no harm in testing it for a couple of months in the ND server.

Please keep in mind Joris that you are co-supreme. That means that you should make every effort to go over things with Schaapje and Chuck before making any final decisions in the server such as this.

I respect your eagerness, but no, this will not be implemented in any of the servers even if it is a success in ND. As some of the other members have mentioned there are reasons why each server sets its own recruiting regulations.

Ive discussed this in the high admin bse before I went to test it and Chuck and Schaapje were very positive about this.and.ive seen this go well in other clans.

Aint also a huge fan of it but you can also see who are mature enough to join the clan.
My previous clan did the same apply on forum and probitionary member for a month but those days we had also only 6 admin levels xD. Due to that we had almost only mature members
