My idea was not a specific time, just a "rule" for the whole day. The chance to miss each other decreases alot if there are only 24 possible times to join instead of 1440 (24h x 60min).

Example:
You join at 14:40 and no one is there. Now you go afk, play on other server, watch film etc. and come back at 15:00 ( at the top of each hour). Other members/guests, who know this rule, will also try it at that time. So there is a bigger chance to meet some guys at this time.

How about we put objective maps and enable few weapons but in HS Mod weekends we disable few weapons and put drag maps without obj maps?

Can I remind you that this is the -TWC|headshot server, I think you shouldn't change to much cuz its a frag server. Also alot of people like the weapons cuz they don't want tobe noobtubed or flamed to death. What I wanna say is that this is a bad idea for my part.

I'm not in HS but i think that Puncake is right. Putting OBJ maps in a frag server doesn't really make sense, i guess? It's not really in the nature of the server if you know what i mean.

Maybe some small maps like supply you mean?

We allready have an obj map every other map, Hani was suggesting enabling weapons such as panzer etc. for those maps. Which in my opinion isn't valid for HS, since its about getting headshots for kills, not using heavy weapons or shotguns and what not.

I have a suggestion for adding nice obj map:Radar_summer - instead of thiefcity or some other dumb map like that

I could have many maps too, which i could recommend. How many new maps there can be added?
