Reason: after breaking multiple rules Forthan and me decided to demote him back to his old level.

- Admin abuse
- Not talking English in main
- Recruits the wrong way

I got some screenshots of him talking that weird language of him in main chat,
after that I gave him he a warning.
Forthan and I were there when he just gave his friend lvl 5 admin without even giving him a try-out.
You can ask Narko about his Admin Abuse (1 of the examples: someone did a vote, 2 agreed all the rest not so the vote didn't pass.
Mustang just did !pass...)
