If its so, proof is needed. Wheres leaving post or why does he have rank (and made 2 accounts when he had hes old one)?
Did he tell it to you or did you hear it from somebody, why anything was done if you knew?
After all I didn't hear hes possible leaving from Sniper, would be nice to hear from himself that he wants to transfer or left/rejoined clan.
