Why you suddenly start to talk about Sky's rank?
Our old friend, long time experienced and respected guy of TWC who knows many things here what others doesn't. Great friend for all.
And now you start to rate him. Sky is doing his job only, obeying rules and telling word to others so they know also, don't get angry about it.
If you are so excited about he HA rank and know "who should have" it, I'm just telling that only special persons deserve it, and Sky is one and just doing what he should.
Hes not trying to be god/king with it or trying to show hes "power", only doing what every HA should.

Lets not be insulting, but it was only about 1 picture that was against rules, if you have read them when you joined.
No offence or arguing, just little mistakes that people do sometimes, don't worry about it - now you just know to not do it on future.
