This is a true example of what goes on in any server. Guests want to push the admin to the limit. Time and time again. That is what some guests call fun. Sadly now some members seem to think so too.

They antagonize and see what they can get away with. They want to upset you and see how you react to it. Once you respond in a harsh way, they consider what they have done as a win. Using commands to punish should always be your last resort.

Words and the way you use them can be far more effective. Talk to them as if they are 5 years old. Show that you understand what they are doing and if you see that they are only trying to upset you, then you will be able to handle them in a more mature way.

Always ask them politely to stop what ever it is they are doing. Give them a chance to see they are acting immature. Usually just pointing out what they are doing will be enough to humiliate them into stopping it.

This doesn't always hold true, like many things in life, but I can guarantee that if you treat them in a mature and fair way, eventually they will start to act a bit more mature. Then of course if they still want to misbehave, you have the right to make sure they do it in another server...

If your not going to act your own age, then please act like an older one.

I agree with Mimus here, I've come across this sort of behaviour myself and I don't think it should be allowed. For me the worst things that visitors do is insult admins so maybe we should try and introduce rules to discourage them from doing stuff like that.

Another side note, again it came up while i was on the servers:

Just because you are active, it doesnt mean you automatically gain the right to be a high admin. especially not if you have done some "bad stuff" while u were in the clan.
A high admin isnt someone active, at least thats not the only reason someone is high admin. Being a high admins means you can deal with the responsibilty that comes with that certain lvl. YOU are the one who has to keep calm, although someone provokes you hardly. YOU are the one to try to soothen the waves of anger.
Recruiters and everyone else who is able to recruit have also a job really difficult, because (and thats something i dont really like) not everyone who asks for a tryout should get one. Although he might have 99999999999999999999999999xp. so decide carefully if the one who wants a tryout DESERVES a tryout.

Everyones talking about twc being a great family full of frienldy, kind people. So make sure not to let people in, whos only aim is to break these bands of love.
Make sure they are frienldy, polite, dont start fights just for the sake of it.

You dont buy a mobile phone without checking it. You dont get a new haircut before checking if its right for you.

Dont recruit someone without checking him/her (ofc not looking for the ip or whatever - mental checking is the right word here)

PS: you should really try to update the rosters from time to time. some people with lvl 6 or 8 arent in the roster at ALL. I dont wanna know how much time went by while they are not in there.

Thats the part of ppl which you can't change, you can try to do sth but to much of ppl like that & they always will come.
