I understand this opinion, and it also has come to my attention that "the attitude" here sometimes isn't what it should be.
People are different, in every aspect, some get along, some don't but we shouldn't forget that we (all of us, be it an admin or a member, doesn't matter) are all a part of something bigger and not individual persons.
It's ok to have different opinions than other people do, if it weren't for that then the world would be a boring place, but it's debate that will make us settle our differences, not arguing, namecalling, trolling or whatever.
There are a few examples i can recall where we should all learn lessons from, and some of them had a positive outcome, some of them don't, and i know people usually don't wanna say names, but for a change i am going to do so.
First that comes to mind is Makez, remember a few weeks back, he got warned several times, got banned, kicked out, rejoined and what not, and i must say that in my opinion his behaviour has changed for the good, at least i saw his attitude change, so bit of props to you Makez, keep it up!
This is an example of growing on a positive attitude.
Next one that comes to mind is Andre, i would've responded in the other topic but it's archived already so i'll respond a bit to that here.
For i begin, i know that most people know that i got in TWC due to Andre (and a few others aswell

) so maybe some of you will think i have not a neutral perspective on that matter, but i assure you i do.
It's a bit of a shame that we all seem to have forgotten what he (and ofc tELEport too) has done for TWC, and mainly the TJ aspect here, and now that there are some problems that we seem to turn our backs on him.I'm not pointing fingers to anyone but i do want to point out to the debate aspect again, for both sides. There were clearly some language problems there, and being a multinational clan we should understand that this can cause problems but we shouldn't let them escalate like that, or in the topicwords, oil shouldn't be thrown on the fire, from neither sides, just cool down, talk it out and remember who we/you are.
Ezylor/Slake, the actions you took on the ND server weren't clearly the best of choice, and mistakes can be made, but don't go around offending people by calling them stupid or short-minded cause that will only heat up things more and remember (i explained this a few times already aswell) that things you say to people on a server can be taken as offensive although you probably only meant them as a joke, so just speak to people how you wish to be spoken to. Also, we shouldn't directly go into the kickout state of mind, as said, mistakes can be made by everyone, and the first one here that says he/she is without mistakes may speak now or forever hold his peace

. Tolerance towards others is a beautiful thing, even if you don't like those others.
Next up is Slash. Seems like he really hates me/us, but i'm still trying to comprehend why, if i recall right then a few months back i was even asking Slash on TJ how invert is done, he helped me and explained a bit, i was thankful and thought he was a nice guy, and now, because i gave my opinion on a suggestion he made he starts raging towards me, and a bit to all in general too, but it's mainly towards me, but Slash, as i said, if you ask for opinions you should be sure not to feel bad if you're not getting all positive responses, that's where "people are different" kicks in, and i think you noticed that i hardly replied anything on your raging (Captain obvious, Sherlock,...) towards me but that is simply because i don't feel a grudge towards you, this is all fun, and it should stay that way, no need going into discussions which are only bound to heat up, and i'm sure you noticed (because you raged a bit to others too) that it only sprouts negative comments. So in your case i am sure if a polite debate was begun, the outcome would have been much better than the one that was accomplished now.
Drakenjager, APPELSTROOP, same thing, we all know what happened there, and it was just a polite question coming from an admin (just happened to be me at that time) which you guys simply choose to ignore, i didn't ask what i asked back then for me, no, it's for the bigger thing we are all part of that i did what i did, and i also think we all recall how the outcome there was, yes indeed, lots of noise, warnings....So a negative outcome, as expected, which could have been clearly avoided if the rules were followed as they are stated for everyone, but yet, i also hold no grudge towards you guys, it happened and that's that, points were made now let's all get along again.
There's more but i think this post has gone on long enough by now and i don't wanna put you all to sleep

, but in a nutshell, we all should recognize that we are part of a bigger whole, and we should all strive upkeeping that bigger whole, from MST to trainee, all of us, and not waste our time on all of our differences, but just try to get along and mostly, HAVE FUN!!!
Just my 2 (and a whole lot more) cents
