I look around forum and ingame once in awhile and it seems some of you are getting a little carried away with this whole "I am growing up so I will act less mature" thing.
I get it, guys and girls, I really do. Believe it or not, I was young once too. I wanted to defy authority and be rebellious too. In fact I was and often found myself in trouble. Difference is, is that I didn't do it from behind a computer. I didn't do it in an attempt to ruin other peoples fun in a game. I did it in real life outside of my own room and dealt with the consequences. I stood up for my actions and admitted I was wrong, when I was wrong. That brings me to another difference, many of you aren't willing to admit it.
It isn't how you rebel that makes you look mature, it's how you deal with it that does. Because most of the rebellion I see here is of the most childish kind. Rarely does it make sense and even more rare, does it incline anyone to change things. Like when someone posts a smiley in a suggestion thread. How does that help the suggestion? It certainly won't open my eyes to thinking wow this suggestion needs to be looked at deeper.
Or when some of you think you shouldn't have to follow the rules of the clan just because you feel your too cool to have to do so and want to think someone other than a friend would think your cool for doing so. If you really want to act cool and mature, why are you wasting your time in a game. Does it really make you cool and if so where? Here ingame? Why do you feel the need to be cool ingame? Wouldn't it be more impressive to do stuff in front of your real life friends? And if your gonna rebel in real life, make sure your rebelling for the good and not just to look cool, because it will be just another big fail as it is here in this virtual world.
Time to reconsider each of your roles here in TWC. We have rules and those rules have been put in place to make sure everyone can have fun while spending time behind their computer. If that isn't cool enough for you, then you should make your leaving post, get out from behind your pc and go outside to the real world and make a difference there.
There honestly are a few members here that should consider that option. All you are doing is wasting the time of others. Admin and Supremes have better things to do than trying to talk some sense into you. So just move on. There are other clans out there who may not mind you behaving childish. Some probably might even think your cool as that seems to be what your looking for.
TWC is a great clan. With the exception of a small few of you. So please, if you think that the rules are unfair and you cannot follow or enforce them, then do us all a favor and remove your tags, have your level set to zero and move on to where your rebellion might be appreciated.
Let the proud members who enjoy being here and just out to have some fun, do that. Because I can tell you, you are out numbered here. TWC will not fall apart without you. In fact TWC will thrive without you. So please, just go. Or decide once and for all to behave as most all of the other members are and just have fun making friends and actually playing the game as it is meant to be played.
