Business logo

Good afternoon!

A couple of weeks ago two classmates and me desided to start a business.
We are specialised in making IOS apps but will make Android apps and websites if we get asked as well. (Yeah we're kinda ICT hoes )

I'm working on our own website atm and will show all of you guys the result when I'm finished

There's one thing I need and everything I try kinda fails.
I want a cool logo for my business:
- The name is JTC Software (the logo should contain at least JTC)
- The website is mainly blue and white (logo has to match)
- The logo has to be resizeable for an app icon.
- It needs to be cool/awesome/business, we're pretty serious with the jobs we have now and the logo should look like professional sheet.

Is there any designer who dares to impress me?

PS: We're a business so if you got a cool logo and my co-workers like it too, I could discuss with them to give you maybe a small reward (money money money €.€ )

I have an idea but don't know if it matches the site. Need a cut off of the header or the place where the logo will be. Also which format? .svg?

lid ddnt want me to explain so...the only thing i took from your text is that it is sth with apps so what about an app-shaped logo?

and maybe, if i can trust wikipedia concerning ict, some arrow/plantes linie things for "connection and communication"?

I like it, we need a standard logo for apps as well, i could use that one!
Have to discuss with my friends though, would like to have more then 1 example so I hope more people will make logo's

Since I started half year ago vocational school which is based on all media, (Radio,making web pages, TV, commercial, logos, packaging things, Photoshop etc...)
so why not to give up try on this one!

According to how to make logos "right", have to sketch few ones during the week or two. Good logo wont born in a day. :P

So I hope this is not really urgent to produce for you, thoo.

Well, you still didn't answer about format. Resizable vector .svg or big raster .psd/any other?

Theres no way make logos "right" as I got little firm making ad's and logos + other graphic works for companies and website themes.
Atleast we have "free style" of making them, no matter how logo was made, it just needs to add up to customers criterion.
(No Im not "pro", just member of little graphic design company)
Usually one simple logo with our work takes about 12-20h [(More advanced or complicated ones couple of days) pricing is so much cheaper as advertising agency ones, their about 300-400€]
This one I made in my previous post took only about 3-4h and as I already think you know that most of time goes to design and deciding of style (especially when customer does not specify well)
But ofc every graphic art will be discussed with every colleague and everyone takes their part to work. Price is calculated to work hours and final reult quality, customer must be always pleased with result.

Dunno if little bit off-topic, but just told bit about own experiences.

Thats why I put inverted comma to word right.
And yea, im not pro neither, but this is what our teacher has emphasized to us. But yeah, it mostly then is just a what are us used to do.
