But for now city is the most powerful team in england and it showed it in this season. You cant say that a team is stronger more than one other becouse it have more throphies.

Indeed, Bayern deserves it more, they have a nice squad and play offensive football. But I think Chelsea will win for first time - they have much luck and Bayern sucked in last match against Borussia (lost 2-5, Polish guy Lewandowski scored hattrick). And The Blues are more motivated because if they don't win, they won't play in Champions League next season.

Why not? It is from last 5 seasons, including current. Points are counted for playing in Europa League and Champions League. So teams who won a lot (or at least played very stable) in Europe in last seasons are on the top and teams who played weak are down. Country leagues don't count in any case.

And another thing, it's easier to get top 4 in CL than to win EL in that table which I don't really agree with. Also CL is still going on so it can still change.

It's not totally bad but I wouldn't judge teams just by what places they got in CL and EL.
