Atm, I surely dont want members to be In-Game AFK, it will help nothing...
Just spec, talk, play etc. Just to give players figure that you are there and care about their being/presence in server.
So any ideas to gain any little activity before trying last option, changing whole mod.
Guests must feel their presence in server comfortable and again welcomed so they can possibly come visit again.
But for now, lets see what happens. Any good help will be accepted.

The problem is - not all players want to talk or don't even know how too. Yes, some players like to talk in-game but most want to just enjoy the game and get better.

Excuse me, but how can players feel comfortable while being pushed to losing sprees by leaners who think they are gods by pressing Q/E whole time? Sometimes playing in server feels awful even for me - can't find anyone for 5 minutes in 4v4. I understand that guests like drago or keops want to show off with 50 sprees (and their "kewl" binds) but I can't stand the view of members playing just for frags. I requested it few times already and will request once again - please let other people have fun too. And hunting invisible preys isn't much fun for incomers. Nor for some experienced players.

But yes, changing mod is the last option. I'm telling it all the time. Especially that server got bit activier last days.

Ok Immo i think sometimes i made too the mistake of playing for frags, but now that i learned something in the binoc stile ill try to use it more often, because no one likes being shot and not even seeing who did it. And i noticed the server was a bit active in the last evenings, so i agree with you, we should let the guests have fun so they can come again
