Hum ok, try GTKRadiant 1.6.2. and if you want you can send me your .map file I will check what's wrong for you.

here it is, there are no textures because i dont know how to get them...

You don't have player spawns, max/min coordinates, nor script_multiplayer. Maybe also mapname is too long (no idea why it contains 7 autosaves).
http://www.pythononline.co.uk/et/tutorial01.htm -> start here or you're gonna go nowhere. That are basics which every mapper should know, at least few 1st tutorials.
