Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't psa members supposed to have level 19 on the servers? (new level system mentions psa as level 19 anyway )

not in home server.

I also noticed I'm level 13 on the server now, so Chris 12 > 13 by who?

Chuck, thanks a lot bro I will. Can CLDR also recruit ppl? What additional business lies ahead of each CLDR except obviously to keep everything at best order ?

roster update: well, cosmetic changes - I made every member nick mroe visible (change to white colour)

My proposal (I've noticed its implemented already in some other TWC rosters) to put inactive mark * next to the inactive members (the ones who didn't give any reason of their inactivity). This should help us to define quickly who really inactive is and demote a guy or even remove such called UPO (Unidentified Playing Object ).
