Joint never had a rule saying xFire was required. It's a source of communication, but it's highly recommended to have it. But it was never a must.

That was the reason i suggested it, because it never existed. Thats why i wrote new rule or reminder because i didnt know was this 'rule' already here.
Just thought it would help much to ask person's xfire during recruitment, since we aim to mark all nd's members xfires on roster.

Ps. Didnt mean that you must have xfire, just ask for it. If he or she doesn't have it then he/she doesn't have it. I think you misunderstood my idea(?)
