He isn't a hacker. Well from time to time i shoot like that. PWN everyone and moments later everyone kills me. Ping in ET doesn't count actually (if it isnt above ~200) i play with 100 ping and pwn time to time.

I have been speccing this guy regularly last few weeks and I think he is suspicious but i cant really find something either. It's like what everybody says: One time he plays like god, the moment after he is the most nabbest player in the server.

2 possibilities: 1. Skilled player that for some reason plays shitty sometimes
2. Hacker that is very good at hacking and in spotting spectators.

well i play allways ping 100-150 and i must say i have my good times and i have my bad times. Sometimes i pwn sometimes not. I think many ND players have seen me pwning and sometimes not. And that no one so far made complain here about me and theres no reason for that.. I think his clean.

So he's hiding it for so long that he could get over 40k xp? Don't think so..
Maybe he's bad sometimes because he lets another person play or is tired/drunk or in much worse team or whatever. There can be many reasons for that, not only cheats.

40k xp does not say much, Some people have been suspecting him for over 1 month.

To give you an example: Last week a guy with almost 20k xp was banned for a WH.

I'm not saying he uses one, I just say I find him suspicious at times.
