what subzero said on his previous post, I agree on some few points on what he said on his statement about other's life when they have work and they dont have much time to come and visit the server, basically its true everyone has a life ofc and we ARENT forcing them to get active 24/7,

as what i realized that our main target is to deal with Members that have been already joined HS inappropriately... and by saying inappropriately means that They Read forums BLINDLY...

What im trying to say is that few of these type of members we currently have in HS is missing the points and the objectives that we are planning for future, they dont even understand it, We know they are active in HS server but they dont know how to handle it since they have no experience in the background and probably the method they are following for example on forums.. they just come and login and then within 3 or 10 seconds they will close forums so they make sure that their status in forums should get updated by saying he/she is active,

and another example on server, when a member/recruiter comes..he/she does the same thing like how he/she just already did on forums... playing for 4 minute with others and then disconnect with no reason at all..WHILE THEY R 5 or 6 Players in the server but in this way, to me it means that they just dont care for the server, this type of habit is coming towards the inappropriate members that i am mentioning it already, for eg: x#28 & zbaquany,etc etc.

No, from this time onwards we will never let this type of members to Enter Headshot membership..or as i can say becoming a Headshot member till we at first get to know how they are doing, Whats their experience..how mature are they and making for them a strict agreement to know how they can pass the line in a very straight way..

I am not the only one who is going to take all the responsibilities by myself only since i said "WE" then it means we should work together,
Further on i dont want to see Members misbehaving/disrespecting what leader or CLDR say/orders..and ofc the recruiters too.


There will be some changes soon that will happen in the recruitment and some others related to the rules and configurations of Headshot and hopefully it will be starting from friday or next week,

nobody can judge others to work on a GAME For 24/7 or forever daily everyone has its own life,
Me and you are just humans not robots, and for getting something done, we need to give time to think hard and cooperate with others... without thinking by doing it is unsuccessfull thing..

first of all, I didn't argue with him nor insult him. and what we are just discussing is still the fact that subzero misunderstood previous cmts.

I don't really know how many times I have to repeat it, but fine. I will do it again.
nobody said it was necessary to play, what we were talking about it was just a suggestion when someone IS ABLE TO PLAY, or as I said earlier was able to appear in game.

and all I wanted at that moment was just suggest date or time, nothing more.

there is too much etc, we don't have so many members, some of them didn't even check forum for months.
I don't know if stricter rules can change it, but I hope it will work as you expect.

I was being good...euhm was kinda mad acyually. But it's like she said I misunderstood some cmts.

I understand there has to be some hyarchy but pls let it be an open one and not where lower ranked people have nothing to say
