1. A member should follow the TWC rules at all times.
2. All members of level 7 and above need to have their guid uploaded to the Identity Manager.
3. A member should always use the same name in-game as on the forum (HA's are allowed to be undercover for admin purposes).
4. No level asking.
5. Members have to wear the TWC tags when on the server.
6. Do not abuse your commands. If you do, you will be demoted or kicked out of TWC.
7. Never undo a mute/ban another admin put down. This has to be discussed with the supreme first.
8. Respect your fellow admins decisions.
9. Try to keep the teams balanced at all times.
10. If you dislike another member or guests, NEVER start a fight with them in public chat. Act like a mature adult.
11. Being inactive (without a reason in the appropriate 'inactivity topic') for a prolonged period of time may lead to a demotion. Each situation is individually judged by the respective admin team.

How to handle with rulebreakers: Member Guidelines ]]> Apart from the TWC rules and specific server rules there are also rules a member should follow at all times.

1. A member should follow the TWC rules at all times.

* Non-english in main chat:

1. Warn
2. Warn + mute
3. Warn + mute again
4. Kick
5. 1 week ban (Proof required, to be posted in the banproof topic)

PS : Non english allowed in main chat on ND and SW

* Cheating and script usage:

1. Make the other members aware of the cheater using private messages.
2. Record a demo of the cheater.
3. Upload the demo and post it in the ban proof section.
4. A High-Admin will ban the player.

EXCEPTION: If a player is really obvious, record a quick demo and then proceed to kick already.

* Double clanning:

1.Gather proof (Screenshots, applications of the other clan's forums, etc).
2.Notify a supreme in private, the supreme will take further action when necessary.

* Disrespecting guests or other members, sexist talks, spamming in chat, advertising other servers, complaining about the way other people play, interfering with an admin doing their job (MEMBER):

1. Gather proof (Screenshots, demos).
2. Warn the member in private and ask them to stop.
3. Send the proof to a HA.
3a. The HA will send the proof to a supreme when required.
4. The HA will decide on the sanction (Warning, Demotion, Kick from clan)

* Disrespecting guests or other members, sexist talks, spamming in chat, advertising other servers, complaining about the way other people play, interfering with an admin doing their job (GUEST):

1. Warn and gather proof in case they complain on the forum (Screenshots, demos).
2. If they continue; mute for 5 minutes and warn them again.
3. If they continue after being unmuted; kick.
4. If they come back and continue; 1-week ban.

NOTE: If you dislike another member or guest, do not bring this to the public chat. In case someone does, it can be handled like above.

* Multisatchels, selfkill in fight, using glitches, intentional mortar blocking:

1. Warn and gather proof in case they complain on the forum (demos).
2. If they continue; splat them and warn again.
3. If they still continue; kick.
4. If they come back and continue; 1 week ban.

* Walljumping, spawnkilling, trickplanting:

1. Gather proof (demos) and warn.
2. If they continue; splat them and warn again.
3. If they still continue; kick.
4. If they come back and continue; 1 week ban.

* Uneven teams:

When we talk about unbalanced teams that mean +3 players (e.g. 8 Axis vs. 11 Allies.). In this situation an admin can choose two ways to solve this problem:

A: Move a player; Members should ALWAYS swap theirself first. If no member is available, a guest should be asked to swap.
B: Use !shuffle command (its recommended to use this option as a last resort)

If a player does not want to change his team, the following procedure may be used:

1. Swap a player using !put.

TWC in general has certain rules and regulations that all clan members and guests must follow at all times. These rules are divided into two sections : Forum Rules and In-game rules:

--Forum Rules :

1. The primary language to be used while communicating is English. In case of the need to explain the topic better, you may use a different language, however please
add an English translation as well.
2. Disrespecting other users or using inappropriate language is not allowed.
3. Offensive and sexually related material are not allowed.
4. Using emoticons in shouts is fine, but try to keep the amount below 5.
5. Do not spam in the shoutbox with senseless letters, numbers, or other characters. ( eg. "7ythGH*^[.{}p" )
6. Spam is only allowed in topics under the Spam Base.

-- In-game Rules :

1. Only English should be used in chat. If you wish to talk in any other language, please do it through other forms such as private fireteam, private message, etc.
2. Cheating in any manner is not allowed on TWC servers.
3. Using scripts to gain advantages is NOT allowed (sniper bind and 180 turn script allowed on ND).
4. Double clanning is not allowed. However, TWC understands that you may want to be a part of a TEAM. It is okay to belong to a TEAM, as long as the team does not have a public server.
5. Disrespecting other members and guests is not allowed.
-->This includes all kinds of insults. We do not have an automute on our servers (except for No Download) and it is the admins who mute for insulting.
6. Using multi satchels is not allowed.
7. Selfkill in fights is not allowed.
8. Spamming in chat is not allowed. This includes the use of excessive binds.
9. Using glitches is not allowed.
10. Intentional mortar blocking is not allowed.
11. Please maintain a sense of decency while on our servers. No sexist talks.
12. Probably the most important one: Try to use common sense. (E.g, Hacking TWC servers is forbidden, try to play for the objective so the game is fun of everyone and don't rambomedic for frags only, don't stand around throwing ammopacks for 20 minutes, impersonating someone is strictly forbidden, etc).
13. No advertising of other servers on the TWC servers.
14. No complaining about the way other people play.
15. Never try to interfere with an admin doing their job.

Breaking these rules can result in sanctions.
Apart from these general rules, each server also adds a couple more rules to adapt to the respective mod / server settings, so make sure to check those out as well. Individual server rules can be checked below:

* Heavy spawnkilling is not allowed, unless it is done at a capturable spawn point.
* Trickplanting is not allowed.
* No artillery/smoke spam (3 times succeeding each other)

* No teamshooting

-- Vietnam:

* Walljumping (by trickjump, double jump or parachute) to pass a wall, towards an objective is not allowed. Still not allowed if the gate is blown
* Trickjumping for excessive speed is not allowed. Trickjump = trickjumping like on Trickjump server to gain extreme speed or height.
* Trickplanting (Planting a dynamite by walljumping on a wall) is not allowed.
* Heavy spawnkilling is not allowed, unless it is done at a capturable spawn point. Spawnkilling is only allowed on the capturable spawnplaces and around any spawn areas for OBJECTIVE only (destroying vehicle, or running on routes through spawn area).
* No smoke/artillery spam. Use these tools with sense to break through heavy resisstance or cover but not continuously, just to make your job easier.
* Keep teams balanced! No team switching during map, except to balance teams.
* No voice/music/console spamming.

-- NoQuarter:

* Heavy spawnkilling is not allowed,
* Team killing is not allowed,
* Wall jumping is not allowed,
* Trick planting is not allowed,

-- Sniperwar:

* Crossing on regular maps is not allowed = regular stands for two sided maps, where the two sides are separated by an obstacle (eg. river, wall),
* Pushing and blocking teammates is not allowed,
* Tweaking is not allowed. Tweaking = using scripts/configs in order to encounter recoil.
* Usage of native language in main chat is allowed, but spamming, swearing and insulting is not tolerated and results in restrictions,
