Maybe you don't know but this game was made for teamplay and fun, the creators of game like Splashdamage support mainly objective matches, not random ramboing on pub servers.
Have you ever seen competitive gaming? If not, go to gamestv.org, watch some matches and tell me where do you see rambos caring only for themselves?

And yes, molotovs aren't part of regular game, jaymod and other mods aren't too, surely not adrenaline, doublejump and other annoying settings. So why not disable all and go back to etmain?
