I totally agree with Djuki. I prefer 'normal' Gold Rush very much over Super Gold Rush. That one would only increase trolling and non-objective playing.

I also share the opinion that Venice gets a little boring after a while. Usually neither of the teams really cares for objective anymore, so it turns into a pure frag map. I know I voted for Venice too in the poll, but that's because I wasn't aware of the fact that people like it so much for all the frag possibilites, rather than for the objective. Maybe we should consider to replace it one day, even though I know many guests love Venice..

When looking for a replacement for Venice we shouldn't take super new maps. I think that would only scare peoplour visitors away, because they prefer classic maps which are well known. I also think the download size doesn't really matter at all. Even with Venice, a rather big map, we didn't lose any considerable amount of players, rather the opposite. So all those discussions about too big maps some weeks ago were kinda useless.

But this is only future talk. For now we should stick to those 2 new maps and let people get used to them a bit more, before changing anything.
