In the end, guests are the most important and we have to listen to them, too

(and why not caen? why just library and pirates?)

How are the guests more important than the votes of our trusted members and clan friends? please explain

Lets imagine you are owner of some hotel chain. You would like to renovate it somehow. (Like renovating the hotel's pool part) You are okay with it, and you ask all the stuff their opinion and they agree. You don't know what visitors will think about it, but you still do it recklessly. You dont ask hotel visitors' opinion about what they would like a new renovation.

Someday they (trusted and regular hotel visitors') want to come back to the hotel they liked. They see the hotel has renovated and they don't like it at all. They might spent the one night there although they aimed for the whole week. They sign out next morning saying: "We don't like it here anymore, this place has changed too much."

There are people with these "bonds" to No download servers, with _only_ the regular maps. How many are there left anymore?

TWC is our hotel chain, we like to make this a better place. We (or you, "the staff") agreeded to do this hotel renovation. (read: hotel renovation = No Download server.) The trusted visitor's come in. They see we have done some kind of renovation. Before they come to server they think: "I would sing in for a week...", they see the hotel's renovation, they dont like it, follows; "We (I) don't like it here anymore, this place has changed too much." They sing out after a day.

Guests and visitors are always more important. You must be a fool not to understand that.
