As you can read on http://elitearmy.eu/forumz/showthread.ph...2#pid36362 there is something going on with my name.

I just wanted to reply with something just to make shit clear. It seems Enigma couldn't stand the truth so he banned me.

Let's start with this:

I admit that I wore tags of |DC*, .EA# and .PsA#. But come on guys, all of the (bit higher) admins such as Imma, Thrasher and Snacky were online at the Sniper PsA event of a week ago.. But yeah:

Why did I wear DC tags?
I was playing with |DC*Snowman, I guess MadMax was there too.. Anyway we were talking about the past and I asked him why he still wear DC tags as the clan don't exist anymore. He said that he loved his time with DC and wanted to keep the tags for memories. So after playing a while, I was with Snowman in a team and I decided (Pure for a joke) to use the |DC*Egzy tags for fun. He didn't see any problem in it as it was for just 1 or 2 maps..

Why did I wear PsA tags?
One of the last TWC PsA Panzerwar meetings, I was playing with Imma, Thrasher, Snacky and lots of other admins.. I was the only one without tags, (only PsA members were online as it was around 8pm, so just started). I changed my name into .PsA# and said (out of sarcasm) that I joined the PsA clan and i'm proud of this tag. Even a PsA member responded with full of sarcasm; yeah I should be proud of it too xD. Clearly and obviously a joke..

Why did I had EA tags on?
Just the same story as the DC tags.. I was in a team with EA Chris and EA Cross against a team of TWC members.. I also wore those because it felt a bit outstanding and it wasn't even serious. Chris and/or Cross asked friendly are you about to remove the tags too, which I did after as I had the feeling they didn't wanted any problems.

What was the point of creating a topic about me?"
In the first place they said you were recruiting under EA tags.. So I told them that's not true, I admit that I used EA tags for fun and 40 seconds as you can see on TB but I have never recruited ANYone and not even with EA tags. Like damn why should I do something like that. I guess that they realised I didn't recruited so they changed their point back to "You were playing under EA tags".. As I said, I had those tags on for fun and I admitted it.

So the whole case was already closed as they didn't found ANY evidence where I was recruiting.. But they suddenly changed their point to "You were playing under EA tags". Mystik said: yeah atleast you wore tags, but if it was for fun then it's ok..). So why would Enigma ban me for doing that for 40 seconds..

Final reaction...
They probably wanted to get me and Logica down, without even an realistic reason.. I mean.. You can't ban me without showing evidence that I have been recruiting under EA tags.

Atleast they changed back into "You were playing under EA tags".. Yes okay I did that, if you want to ban me for that.. I accept that but it was not even the real problem and also Mystik, one of the high admins of Elite Army, said that if it was for fun then it's ok..

I would like to know how you guys think about this..? Because it's somehow low to ban me before finishing the whole case. Atleast they could lock the topic, but they didn't do that so it's lame to discuss something while we got banned there...

(Btw.. Mystik just replied: "He has a point though, I still haven't seen a piece of evidence linking snow to recruiting with EA tags." Thank you so much Mystik.. I didn't see that too, that's the reason of my ban but there isn't even proof about this... Also i'm sure that I didn't do that!!)

Egzon, why exactly are you posting a struggle you have with EA (and maybe ET) on TWC forums? I doubt our opinion about that case, if we can have one considering there are surely more facts to the case than the ones you provided us with, will change anything other clans decide about you. Is there a certain reason I seem to be unaware of that makes it needed for you to come to us?

Dear Mimus,

Because they said I was also involved by using TWC tags, and because TWC has provided information about me to EA.. Which means, imo, that TWC is also a part of this claim. You guys have reported a complaint about me probably.. And i'm sharing the truth about this whole case.. The mainly reason is, they have banned me on EA (still without evidence btw).. So at first they disgraced my name, and then they ban me so I can't reply and discuss about it..

But it seems that TWC has also provided information about me to EA which I want to attack because the whole case doesn't make any sense..

Don't get me wrong, with all respect to TWC and its members.. I don't want to get my name to the shit because of the lies which are going around there. Lots of EA admins are registered (few highadmins registered in the last 3 days).. So they can read this too.

Okay then, lets approach the points seperately.

You did wear tags including twc - however not how we write our tags, so it does not concern us at all.
You were seen on trackbase with EA tags on TWC servers and we confirmed to EA that it was indeed you (it could have been someone faking you, after all)
--> what EA does with this information is their issue
You were seen on TWC servers with DC tags, but since we got no complaint about that (DC is, lets say "not active"), we dont care.

Still, even though EA admins are around in our forum as well as admins and people from several other clans, that does not mean you are free to use our forum to continue these discussions. Please do that in EA forums, on Steam, Skype or any other tool of your choice.

Am I right if I say that if TWC has provided and/or handed information about me to Elite Army, that TWC also takes part in that complaint against me ? About the usage of clantags, I have explained it to you in the first post of the topic..

But it's also TWC who made an complaint on me. If that wasn't the case, then TWC isn't allowed to hand over information about me.. Or whatever Prince and you discussed in PM.. Its unfair that you guys take part of the complaint report, but won't allow me to write my opinion about it here.

Btw it's not to continue the discussion, but more to give my opinion and my part of the story. I think you guys have the right to hear my story too instead of only EA's..

If EA tells you to ban a random member, will you do that too? Is EA the new god of the world? ; p lol

What we do with informations and requests given to us is solely our thing. And what you and EA have is a struggle only between you and EA, which doesnt concern us.
There is nothing we can or will do in this matter. Go talk to EA.
