Select the time now and most of you will not come.

My idea was not a specific time, just a "rule" for the whole day. The chance to miss each other decreases alot if there are only 24 possible times to join instead of 1440 (24h x 60min).

Example:
You join at 14:40 and no one is there. Now you go afk, play on other server, watch film etc. and come back at 15:00 ( at the top of each hour). Other members/guests, who know this rule, will also try it at that time. So there is a bigger chance to meet some guys at this time.
