UPDATE:

With 20-40 persons buying pavillons is quite expensive (40€ for 1 pavillon, we need about 6)
BUT i found some people who lend partytents (we can use them at the camping spot in weertgors afaik). Would make about 100€ for 3 days, still cheaper than buying small tents.

Such a partytent (12x6m) is about 72qm. We are calculating with about 1x2m for each person (i hope none of you is taller than 2m :P) that would make...36 people in this tent.
It will be warm and cuddly, ofc :P you will sleep like that:

so no one has to sleep with some feet in his face I hope youre all okay with that, otherwise we might need to go back to small tents or you need to pay more money for a bigger tent.
