FINAL INFORMATION
Meeting will most probably (if the camping spot owners dont tell me its too late by the time EVERYONE answered me) on a camping spot called
Camping 't Weergors

5,69 per night including electricity and taxes for tourists etc.
we are allowed to build up a tent by ourselves, that means:
-dont have to pay 500€ for a rent-tent
- selfmade pavillons tents with tarps are still less expensive than 30 people buying a tent for themselves
- selfmade tent does not really look different
the camping spot is about 1.5km from Haringvliet (this river-thingie cutting into NL) and 4,5km from the sea. So yes, we can go swimming.
the spot is also close to rotterdam, so we might visit the town
we stay there for at least 1 night, but i will reserve for about 2 nights cause there are some who would like to stay longer. ofc u can go home after 1 night, if u need a ride and the person you came with stays at the spot, tell me. i sure we find a solution.
to sum up the money:
e.g. for me it would be: 5,69 per night --> 2 nights = 11,38€ + ca. 6€ for the tent (i will tell you the exact price when i try to get tarps and pavillons via EBAY) + 0€ for travel (i go with ligustah) + my pocket money u could say
--> ca. 18€ for 2 nights with electricity, group tent and travel. pretty cheap if you consider usual camping spots for 15€ per NIGHT!
the final money ofc is different depending on the money you need for travel.
please all take a look at the list and make sure all the spaces on your name are filled (Name, meeting, car (only if you have one/need one), tshirt, size/name, time to stay, date)
We will stay there 2 nights, arriving (hopefully) at the 17th of july, 1st night 17-18, 2nd night 18-19. We will leave at the 19th in the morning.
IF you can come, post here your Name, Age and if you need a pickup (if yes, tell where)
Make sure to let all the spaces in the list be filled so there are no worries lateron.
