Cool idea, but as far as I know, there can't be all that together in 1 map. Sorry. 
But what can do is to have 5 maps for example and every map would have its own mod. Map #1 Panzerwar mod, Map #2 Sniperwar mod, Map #3 No Download mod, Map #4 Knifewar mod, Map #5 Trickjump mod and so on...
Map #6 Headshot mod, Map #7 Vietnam mod... ( I think :P)
